Kristyn Muller Mirasol is a Senior Product Manager at Packback, where she leverages her ten years of experience in higher education to drive evidence-based product innovation focused on supporting student success. Previously, she served as a Product Manager at Anthology and the Impact Analyst for SUNY Online. Kristyn holds a Ph.D. in Educational Policy and Leadership, where her research focused on the efficacy of reflective learning practices.

Cynthia Wilson, Ed.D., is Vice President for Learning and Chief Impact Officer at the League for Innovation in the Community College. She leads the League’s Learning Initiative and has directed major projects focused on a variety of issues related to teaching, learning, and student success. She has authored or co-authored numerous publications and serves on the editorial boards for Community College Journal of Research & Practice, Change, and New Directions for Community Colleges.
